• You must have access to a high-speed internet connection and the latest Microsoft Office software. The meetings and activities are internet based, using meeting software (PROVIDED), and other Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• You must be committed to the group. The Mastermind Group will meet two times a month for six months. (60 to 90 minutes each)

• You must be willing to be a vocal participant. If you wish to participate in the Mastermind group, you must actively participate in the group discussions, reporting on assignments and developing alliances. You must also be willing to share your experiences with the group in your specialty or expertise.

• You must be willing to learn and implement the assignments for your business. Implementation creates action and there is nothing more frustrating to the synergy of a group than to learn and create brilliant strategies and then not see them acted upon. This is not to say that you must implement every idea,  but you will be expected to follow through on your commitments and then report your results to the group so that everyone will benefit from this experience.
